Call for event proposals

Are you a creative practitioner? Propose your event or activity to take place at Autograph in Shoreditch, London in our 2019 open call.

We're inviting artists, photographers, writers, performers, musicians, curators and collaborators to propose an event or activity that explores cultural diversity, human rights and/or disability through creative practice.

Three proposals will be selected by Autograph's programming team to take place at our building Rivington Place in Shoreditch, London between June 2019 - Feb 2020.

Deadline to apply is 9am on Monday 18 February 2019

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


The proposed event or activity will take place at our gallery at Rivington Place in Shoreditch, London between June 2019 - Feb 2020. The proposal can use one or more of our spaces:

Gallery 1: 100 standing or 80 seated
Gallery 2: 80 standing or 60 seated
Studio: 35 standing or 25 seated

Autograph will commit a budget of up to £500 to cover A/V, building opening costs and contributor fees; therefore the event or activity needs to be scaled appropriately.

You will also receive a £250 curatorial fee.

Please note: this is a not an exhibition opportunity, we programme exhibitions years in advance.

• Who is this event or activity aimed at?

• 3 examples of your work that best relate to your proposed idea

IMPORTANT DATES


Deadline for proposals: 9am on Monday 18 February, 2019 

Selection will take place by the end of February

Meetings with successful applicants will take place in March/April
