About the Event

The opening night of Youth Culture  Accumulate’s 2019 pop-up display, featuring new work by young Londoners who are affected by homelessness.

Working at the heart of leading cultural spaces including Autograph, the BBC, Somerset House and the Youth Club Archive, the works shared were created in a series of creative workshops that introduced photography, fashion, creative writing and zine making.

The resulting display explores the participant’s identity and representation, and their own ideas of youth culture.

ABOUT OUR learning and outreach programme

For 30 years Autograph has engaged with diverse groups and communities to explore issues of identity, representation, social justice and human rights through photography and film.

At our gallery and in the community, we create welcoming spaces for people to share experiences, make artwork and become inspired by contemporary photographers and our unique archive.
