Feeling Colour: Family Art Activities

POSTED: 20 July 2021

Download free activity worksheets and make-along with our instructional videos – suitable for all ages and abilities.

Created by artist Katriona Beales, our Family Art Activity Worksheets are celebrating how colour and light work together! Colours can change the way we feel or remind us of our favourite places, they can even spark-up our imaginations. Use our activity sheets to make your very own light catcher and watch how the colours glow when you put it by a window. Can you cast shadows and reflections by shining a torch through your creation?

The worksheets were made for Autograph’s Family SEND Art Kits, sent out to families with children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). We’ve now made them available as free downloads for everyone to enjoy.

Download links for the two worksheets and watch our instructional videos below, showing you how to make a light catcher and use a torch to bring it to life.

Share your family's creations with us on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook  💚💜❤️💛
